Our preschool begins the Tuesday after Labor Day and runs through mid-May. Children must be potty trained to enter the three-year-old program.

Our Curriculum

We provide a learning environment, based on a Biblical worldview, that supports the spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental developmental needs of our students. Our curriculum offers a balance of reading and math readiness, guided play activities, Spanish and science enrichment, music and movement, STEM activities, technology, creative art work, outdoor play and socialization.

Students experience the opportunity to grow spiritually through daily Bible lessons and scripture memorization. Biblical truths are integrated in our daily lessons and activities as well as monthly chapel. Each child will be encouraged to grow and develop, while being nurtured and appreciated for his or her own unique gifts. A Bible curriculum guide is used as our core curriculum and is enhanced by Abeka workbooks as well as additional early childhood resources.

Our Daily Routine

Our daily schedule provides a balance of play, indoor and outdoor activities, small group and individual classroom experiences.

Creative activities are provided during learning centers in individual classrooms.

Stories, themed units, songs, finger plays, games and activities are included in daily circle time.

Play is supervised outdoors, with alternate activities planned during inclement weather.

Children bring their lunch to school each day.

As enrichment to our program, the children attend music and movement classes each week. Our four-year-old classes also have Spanish and Science each week.

Steadfast Mentoring Ministry

**Mentors will meet with each Mentee individually in August of 2023 to get to know one another before beginning the program in September. The Steadfast Season runs September through May.

If you have specific questions about the Steadfast Mentoring Ministry, please email Debbie Fritz.

The Steadfast Ministry invites women 18 and older who are interested in becoming a 2023-24 Mentor or Mentee to learn more about Hebron’s Mentoring Ministry on Thursday, March 2, 2023, at 6:45 PM in Building E, Room 100. Many current Mentors and Mentees will be in attendance at this informational meeting to offer encouraging words and answer questions that you might have about the ministry. We look forward to seeing and hearing from you.

Each Mentor will have a scheduled interview with Steadfast Directors.  There will be a Friday night-Saturday Training to prepare all Mentors.  Mentees are placed with their Mentors in August.  Mentor/Mentees meetings will be scheduled twice a month (to be determined by the Mentor and Mentees.) Meetings will begin in September of 2023, with the final meeting in May of 2024.  Mentees may select to be mentored in a one-on-one setting or in a group with 2-3 other Mentees.

You may begin filling out applications on March 3 for the 2023-24 season.  You will find Mentor/Mentee Applications below. All Mentor and Mentee applications are due April 30, 2023.

Outreach

The Women’s Ministry Outreach initiative is to equip women with opportunities for both local and global outreach, enhancing Hebron Church’s mission to have the gospel work in us and through us. Encouraging women to use their gifts for God’s glory by being the hands and feet of Jesus. Spreading love and light while partnering with local groups and serving abroad. This initiative is to be a tangible representation of the grace and mercy that Jesus showed us. We will transform communities through the lavish generosity, hospitality, compassion and love that pours out of us as women in Christ.

Newsletter

The Hebron Women Newsletter is a monthly digital newsletter that aims to communicate the upcoming events, programs, and happenings within Hebron Church Women’s Ministry, as well as in our surrounding community.

MOPS

Hebron MOPS is for mothers from pregnancy through kindergarten and MOMSnext is for moms of school-aged kids. Both groups meet here on alternating Tuesday mornings throughout the school year. Our meetings include food, fun, fellowship, crafts, and speakers. This year we will be focusing on having more fun, fearing less, and finding our people as we explore the theme “To The Full.” Childcare is limited, so please contact us if you are interested in joining.
