Day 3: Easter in Guatemala

On Easter Sunday, we got to experience church en Español! I had a great time. I couldn’t understand much of the service, but I did get, “In Christ, we have a LIVING hope. Without the resurrection, we only have a dead hope.” Also, I think Hebron should add a trumpet to the worship service – it was epic!

Later, we went to Casa Gloria to host an Easter Egg Hunt and do hair, nails, and bracelets with the kids. The kids really enjoyed it! I really think I’ll be back at Casa Gloria someday. I feel like God is working through me. I’m so thankful for the opportunity to serve here in Guatemala, and I can’t wait to see what the rest of this week holds.
