Q. WHAT SERVICE TIMES DO YOU OFFER?
For now, we have two morning services, one at 8:30 AM held outside at Hebron Park up by the pavilion and one at 10:30 AM inside the Worship Center.
Q: DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME?
- Whether you are attending the outside or inside service, we are strongly encouraging you to wear a mask, not just to protect you, but others who are around you.
- If you are attending the outside service, you will need to bring lawn chairs or a blanket for your family.
Q: WILL RESTROOMS BE AVAILABLE IF I ATTEND THE OUTSIDE SERVICE?
We will have restrooms available primarily for emergency use in the modulars close to the park area. We will have people to assist with recommended spacing and sanitizing. The Worship Center restrooms will not be open for use during the 8:30 AM service.
Q: CAN I LISTEN TO THE OUTSIDE SERVICE ON A FM TRANSMITTER FROM MY CAR?
Yes. You can listen to FM radio 98.9 to listen to the outside service in your car.
Q: WHAT ABOUT PARKING?
We encourage you to park near where you plan to enter Hebron Park for the 8:30 AM service or the Worship Center for the 10:30 AM service to minimize cross over in the parking lot outdoor areas.
Q. WHAT IF IT RAINS?
We will make weather decisions about the outdoor service each Sunday morning (if necessary) and post an announcement through all of our usual communication channels. If we are unable to have a 8:30 AM outside service, we will encourage those who were planning to attend that service to watch the 10:30 AM service online. If weather continues to be an issue, we will add an afternoon indoor service option later in August.
The reason we will not move the outdoor service to an indoor service at 8:30 AM is because it would not leave ample time to clean the Worship Center properly before the 10:30 AM service.
Q. HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL YOU ALLOW TO ATTEND THE 10:30 AM SERVICE?
We are limiting our number to 600 and will utilize the main floor and balcony of the Worship Center. There is a plan in place of how you will enter and exit the building. We will have people to help with spacing and sanitizing the restrooms in the concourses. Doors will open for the 10:30 AM service at 10:00. Everyone should remain in their cars until that time.
Those who are handicapped will be allowed to be dropped off at the front doors of the Worship Center.
**Please note that elevators will not be available for use until further notice.*
Q. HOW WILL PEOPLE ENTER AND EXIT THE WORSHIP CENTER?
Q: DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK AND WHAT I DON’T HAVE ONE?
We are strongly encouraging you to wear a mask while on campus, especially since Covid-19 cases are increasing in our area, but you will not be forced to wear one. If you aren’t able to source a mask, we will have some disposable masks for you to wear.
Q: WILL YOU PROVIDE ANYTHING FOR MY CHILD?
During our 8:30 AM service, all children will remain with their families.
Beginning August 9, during the 10:30 AM service, we will provide preschool classes and K2Way (our children’s worship for grades K-2). Older children will remain with their families for the indoor worship service. You need to register your child to ensure we have our rooms properly staffed. You may register your child here.
Q: WHAT ABOUT CONNECT GROUPS?
Our Adult Connect Groups are meeting with the following options: on campus inside or outside as well as virtually. If you would like more information about classes, contact the Adult Ministry Office 770.277.6020.
