weddings at hebron

Hebron Baptist Church is honored to provide a setting where the celebration of Christian marriage can take place for members of our church.  It is our belief that marriage is a holy ordinance of God, and we are committed to helping you begin your marriage with a ceremony that is both reverent and joyful.

You may view the Wedding Policies of Hebron Church online by downloading the "Wedding Book" link below.  If you schedule your wedding at Hebron, you will need to print this book for reference to our wedding guidelines and essential forms that will need to be completed and returned. 

To schedule a wedding at Hebron:

1. Contact Kim Brown to confirm date availability at kbrown@hebronchurch.org

2. Complete the "Request for Wedding Reservation" form located in the Wedding Book online and return to Kim via email, standard mail, or drop off at the church office.

3. Along with your request form, submit a $75 non-refundable deposit, made payable to Hebron Baptist Church, to secure your date on the calendar. If you cancel your request, this deposit cannot be refunded.

4. If you are planning on having a Hebron pastor perform your ceremony, you must listen to the online messsage, "Before You Say I Do."

5. After listening to this message, you and your fiance' should each complete the online "Premarital Questionnaire" separately. These questionnaires should be returned to Kim Brown. **Please note that no wedding dates are confirmed on the church calendar until the Premarital Questionnaires are completed, returned and approved by the officiating pastor.

6. In addition, the couple must complete five premarital counseling sessions with AlphaCare Counseling Center. AlphaCare can be reached at 770.916.9020. These five sessions are free for Hebron members.

If a Hebron pastor is not performing your ceremony, completion of the Pre-marital Questionnaires and counseling sessions are not required.

If you are requesting a Hebron pastor to perform your wedding ceremony and the ceremony is not being held on the Hebron campus:

1. You should print the online "Premarital Questionnaire," complete and return them after you have listened to the online message, "Before You Say I Do." **Please note that no wedding dates will be confirmed until the questionnaires are completed, returned and approved by the officiating pastor.

2. Print the "Off-campus Wedding Form," complete it, and return it to Kim Brown via email, standard mail, or drop off at the church office.

3. In addition, the couple must complete five premarital counseling sessions with AlphaCare Counseling Center. AlphaCare can be reached at 770.916.9020. These five sessions are free for Hebron members.

All wedding requests should be directed to the Wedding Coordinator.
